The DLC for Rock Band (or Guitar Hero, but that's not our news) will never stop coming and people will never stop buying. That happens when you develop and addiction or, better said, when a video game is that good. So, since everybody starts screaming for some more DLC as soon as the latest downloadable content pack is released, here's your reason to scream: Rock Band has just received its "(Arguably) Punk Pack 02".

Rock Band's downloadable content has been received well by the fans, with more than 2.5 million songs being purchased since the game launched. So we would not exaggerate too much if we would say that this particular game is turning out to be a great record studio for any kind of band. Rock band, there is. Still, not only established artists found their way to the virtual music game - newcomers were also accepted and, why not, promoted via Rock Band. The first selection of up and coming acts included 30 Seconds To Mars, All-American Rejects and The Sounds.

This title followed Harmonix's success with their Guitar Hero franchise and tried to bring a slightly different approach to the genre. This means that gamers are able to perform together with their friends classic rock songs as a virtual band using drum, bass/lead guitar and a microphone. Most important, the online community allows great confrontations, as well as new and interesting means to make new friends.

If you don't want, for any reason, to get the 3-song pack, you can download them separately. The first song is Complete Control performed by The Clash. Here is how it sounds like:

The Police - Truth Hits Everybody is the second evergreen song available as a single track download or part of the pack. Here is how good it sounded in 2007, live:

The Ramones - Teenage Lobotomy is the third available downloadable song and it will surely be a total delight for the fans. If you don't know it, check out how cool this songs sounds like:

If you decide to buy the entire Punk Pack 02, you will have to spend 440 MS Points, while a single track would cost you 160 MS Points.
