Kim Kardashian and former publicist Jonathan Jaxson are wagging a bitter she-said he-said war. Jaxson said last week that she faked about everything in her life, and she's suing him for insinuating the same applies to her wedding to Kris Humphries.

As we also reported only days ago, all hell broke loose when Jaxson went on the record saying that he believed Kim's wedding to Kris was staged for the cameras, having worked with her for 2 years and seen what she'd be willing to do for publicity.

Also then, he said she only wanted fame in life, so he wouldn't be that surprised if she faked her wedding for her reality show – and an extra buck, which she made off the extravagant August wedding.

Only a few days later, Kim's attorney said Jaxson had been served with papers for violating a confidentiality agreement and for tarnishing the star's reputation by basically selling lies to the press.

Kim wanted at least $200,000 (€145,996) for defamation of character and the above-mentioned contract violation.

The only problem is, Jaxson says now in a statement on his official blog page, they can't take him to court for something that didn't happen.

The former publicist stands by his story: he worked for Kim for 2 years (2007-2009) so there's no way for her to claim she doesn't even remember him (which she did do), and he knows she's capable of everything for fame.

“To the best of my knowledge, I have never signed an agreement dealing with confidentiality with Kim Kardashian. I have an agreement in my possession that does not have either parties signature on it,” Jaxson writes.

As such, he can't possibly be violating the terms of a non-disclosure agreement that doesn't exist.

“Regarding her engagement ring from Kris, I have stated that is was quite similar to the same ring I staged with her for a story we released to the press back on December 26, 2007,” he further says.

“It was a planned shoot as she exited XIV Jewelers in Beverly Hills with the 7-carats on her right hand for media speculation that she was engaged, as she exited the jeweler,” Jaxson adds.

He never worked with Kris in any capacity and doesn't claim to have knowledge of the PR stunts Kim may have planned in recent years because there's been no contact between himself and her, he continues.

“The work we did together, I did as an acting publicist/friend on the side 'behind-the-scenes' for her from 2007-2009. The pictures online, along with a video blog, and audio together speak for themselves,” Jaxson says, adding that he doesn't have a grudge against Kim or anything for speaking out now.

Moreover, he concludes, he was never served with papers for defamation, which could only mean that the Kardashian camp knows too they don't have a case against him and are only pretending for the media that they do.
