In what probably comes as a shock to only a few, Kim Kardashian's ex-publicist for 2 years is going on the record to say that he has no doubt that her wedding to Kris Humphries – and probably the entire relationship too – was staged for the cameras.

Jonathan Jaxson worked with Kim and her family for 2 years, between 2007 and 2009, meaning shortly after she became a household name thanks to the leak of a certain home made tape.

He tells PageSix that, while Kim didn't personally leak the tape that basically made her a star, she wasn't “devastated” it happened either – for the obvious reason that it made her a star.

However, everything about her life from that moment on was one PR stunt after another, everything was staged and then sold to the press, so Jaxson wouldn't be that surprised if the wedding to Kris was the same.

“Kim Kardashian is a master of media manipulation, claims her former publicist Jonathan Jaxson. Jaxson, who worked with Kardashian from 2007 to 2009, says that he believes Kardashian's wedding to Kris Humphries was staged,” PageSix writes.

The ex-publicist is even ready to talk about some of the stories he had staged for Kim back when he was working for her: her alleged engagement to Reggie Bush was one of them, as some may have suspected.

"I staged several of the moments that the world has seen of her, such as a ring that we alleged was from Reggie Bush,” he says.

“It was December 26, 2007 – I remember the day. She was going to go shopping with her grandmother and her mom and we said, 'Let's do something to get more press for you',” Jaxson recalls.

Kim agreed.

“She said, 'Perfect. Let me go to a ring store and walk out as if Reggie Bush were proposing to me... I have ring I love and adore – it's seven carats. I'll keep it in my purse',” the former publicist explains.

“It was calculated to a T and then it was leaked to a magazine,” Jaxson adds.

At the time, though, Reggie had no idea what Kim was doing behind his back. When he eventually wised up, he broke up with her.

Another thing that Kim's former publicist can vouch for: she and her sisters had always wanted fame and were, even back then, determined to do whatever was asked of them to attain it.
