Get every one of them

A few days ago I mentioned that Q-Games announced Trophy support for their game, PixelJunk Eden, while also detailing how in-game footage can be recorded and uploaded directly to YouTube for other players to see. Now, as the game is released, there's a post on the PlayStation blog detailing the various Trophies that an avid gamer can get while playing the game.

PixelJunk Eden is the third game in a series that focuses on innovative gameplay and weird visuals. The game is built around getting Spectra from gardens, which are essentially platforming stages. The Grimp is a creature that can perform a variety of acrobatic moves while also being able to pollinate seeds and make plants grow. The objective is to reach the Spectra in each garden using the abilities of the Grimp. The game is simple yet addictive.

There are several Bronze Trophies that you can collect in the game and ten of them are tied to opening all seeds in all of the ten gardens that the game ships with. Clearing all gardens makes for another Trophy and there are two which are awarded as you get the Pollen Prowler combo to 10x and 15x. The more unusual Trophies are:

The Hundred Thousander - Get 100,000 pollen in one garden.

500 Dead Pollen Prowlers - 500 Pollen Prowlers killed.

Ten Minute Grimp - Get all 5 Spectra from a garden within 10 minutes.

Fifteen Crystals - Get fifteen crystals in a single jump.

Zero Wasted Pollen - Open all seeds in a garden without missing any pollen.

Three Play Ping Pong - In 3 person co-op mode, trapeze jump between two swinging Grimps.

There's just one Silver Trophy in the game and it involves finding all the Spectra in all the gardens of the game. Even if it's on the official PlayStation blog, the list is likely incomplete and intrepid gamers will probably find a few more Trophies hidden throughout the game.

PixelJunk Eden is now available for download from the PlayStation Network.
