14 DAY TRIAL // Knowing that Prince is the guy who doesn’t even own a cell phone and takes pride in the fact, it’s no wonder so many fans are having a hard time believing he’s finally joined Twitter. But this is exactly what happened hours ago.
Under the handle @3deyegirl, which is the name of his new band, Prince tweeted four times. Despite this disheartening figure and the fact that he didn’t really say anything of consequence, he still managed to make headlines all over the world.
“PRINCE'S 1ST TWEET... TESTING 1,2...,” he wrote, adding later, “PRINCE'S 2ND TWEET.”
His third tweet was a photo of a small salad literally covered in pepper, with the caption, “DID EYE ADD 2 MUCH PEPPER?”
However, Prince’s best tweet (so far) is actually a photo, which you can also see in full by clicking on the image above: that’s his idea of a selfie and, just like everything else he does, it’s totally out there and awesome.
