Celebrity chef Paula Deen has already apologized profusely for using racial slurs years ago but she’s still paying the price for it. After being axed by the Food Network and being on probation over at QVC, she’s now lost a major endorsement deal.

TMZ reports that Smithfield, a major pork company, has dropped Paula because of the scandal she’s now involved in.

“Smithfield condemns the use of offensive and discriminatory language and behavior of any kind. We are terminating our partnership with Paula Deen,” reads a statement from the company.

“Smithfield is determined to be an ethical food industry leader and it is important that our values and those of our spokespeople are properly aligned,” it adds.

For those who did not keep up with the most recent developments, know that Deen was sued by a former employee who claimed she’d been verbally abused as Paula was fond of using racial slurs.

In a recent taped court deposition, Paula admitted to using racial slurs in the past. When word of this got out online, the backlash started.
