The Enhanced Movie Apps Paramount has made available for Windows Phone 7 devices come with full movie, plus menus, bonus features and social networking capabilities, offering users the possibility to enjoy a unique experience while on the go.

The apps that were made available yesterday included Mean Girls and School of Rock, all of them with a series of additional functionalities included into the mix.

New movie apps would arrive shortly, one each week, for True Grit, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Waiting for 'Superman', The Last Airbender, Zoolander, GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra, Beowulf and The Italian Job.

These apps should arrive in the Windows Phone Marketplace for users living in the U.S., Canada, UK, France, Italy, Germany and Spain, the company announced.

All of these applications were built using Microsoft's Silverlight technology, and come with interactive and social networking features.

They also offer capabilities like:

- Clip Sharing: Users can create custom clips of favorite scenes and share with friends on Facebook, Twitter and email. - Scene It? Results are shown with a description and link to the scene.
