Panasonic finally unveiled the GH4 interchangeable lens camera on February 7 but, at that time, the Nippon electronics maker did not announce the price or availability for the new mirrorless model.

According to the AmazonUS listing, Panasonic GH4 will be available for pre-order starting March 17, but neither Amazon nor BHphoto has published any price for the camera or the optional YAGH interface.

Recently, 43rumors discovered that US retailer Phototools had listed for a brief period of time a price for the Panasonic GH4 as well as the YAGH interface. According to the (now removed) Phototools listing, Panasonic's new mirrorless camera will come with a $1,699 / €1,250 price tag for the US market.

Moreover, the DMC-YAGH Interface Unit features a price of $2,199 / €1,615. In Europe, Dutch retailer Cameranu.nl has listed the Panasonic GH4 shooter with a price tag of €1,499, roughly around $2,000, which doesn't really come as a surprise, knowing that European prices are always quite high in comparison with the ones on the US market.
