The new in-game footage of Activision's highly anticipated FPS shows exactly how good of a WWII game PSP owners will have in March this year. Call of Duty: Roads to Victory brings the signature cinematic intensity and chaos of battle to handheld fans for the first time allowing gamers to take the #1 WWII first-person action franchise on the go.

Featuring all-new missions, never-before seen in a game in the franchise, Call of Duty: Roads to Victory thrusts players into the boots of an 82nd Airborne Division infantry soldier, a Canadian First Army rifleman and an elite British Parachute Regiment commando. The PSP version of the game will be packed full with typical WWII battle features including mounted machine gun battles, sniper encounters and aircraft attacks.

Danger lurks behind every corner, inside every building ruin and once the first call of battle is heard, the only thing you need to do is shoot your way through the shower of bullets and tank shells, avoiding incoming grenades, which your fellow combatants are sure to let you know of. For the PSP it's a first, in both Call of Duty title and WWII genre so March marks a new beginning for FPS titles on PSP. Every handheld gamer out there is simply dying to get his hands on something like this. The fast-paced action and adrenaline-pumping intensity of the game will make it undoubtedly the best PSP title yet.

The only thing fans have to worry about is Activision's release of the game on the scheduled date: 13 March 2007. You can watch the trailer below. Enjoy and even drool if you must.
