According to the developing team, the new iteration of the application has been released into the wild mainly with a wide range of performance improvements when compared to the previously available 3.03 version, while also delivering easier and faster navigation features to users.

However, the developing team recommends the use of Internet Explorer 7 and 8 or Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and 3.5 on Windows XP / Windows Vista / Windows 7-based computers, or the use of Safari 3 and 4 (32 bit) on Mac OSX 10.4, 10.5, 10.6 machines.
