Orange UK is set to bring to the market a series of own-branded devices, among which we can count the Orange Lisbon and the Orange Rio, the latter expected to land in two color versions, black and pink. Although these new mobile phones won't sport an operating system pre-loaded on them, they are said to be quite affordable handsets.

[admark=1]The Orange Lisbon comes to the market with a touchscreen display, boasts a 1.3-megapixel camera on the back, 10MB of internal memory, microSD memory card slot for additional storage space, and a battery that can deliver up to 3 hours of talk time, or up to 6 days of standby time. The handset measures 93 x 49 x 13.5 mm and weighs in at 80g.

“Keep in touch with the Orange Lisbon. This incredibly lightweight touch screen offers a 1.3-megapixel camera and all you could want from a phone. Behind the sleek cover you’ll also find Bluetooth, 10MB of internal memory and room to expand. Don’t forget your music – check out the sound of the MP3 player or tune into the FM radio,” Orange states on its website.

As for Orange Rio, it comes with a QWERTY keyboard, 6MB of internal memory and support for microSD memory cards of up to 16GB. With a 2-megapixel photo snapper on the back, the handset also includes FM radio, MP3 player, video messaging, and more, all inside a device that measures 107 x 61 x 12 mm and weighs in at 95g. The phone's battery can offer up to 8 hours of talk time or up to 20 days of standby time.

Here's what Orange has to say about this device: “Join in the celebrations with the Orange Rio. Take photos with the 2-megapixel camera or listen to music on the MP3 player or FM radio. A QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth and emailing make it easy to keep in touch when out of the office. With internal memory and room to expand, this is a great looking and versatile phone.”
