Today, wireless services provider Orange UK announced the launch of new mobile plans aimed at small and medium businesses. According to the carrier, the new plans are meant to offer SMB customers an easier way of personalizing their options, so as to fit the plans with their needs. Orange has put the new plans in place so as to meet the demand for higher flexibility, since businesses need changes depending on their focus at one moment.

Orange announced that the new plans would come with a four step process that would offer customers the possibility to easily choose a plan fitted for their needs, while also having the freedom to customize the service on their requirements: Step 1. choose a ‘talk benefit’ from unlimited landline calls or unlimited Orange to Orange calls Step 2. choose a core business plan depending on the number of users and the amount of time they expect to spend making calls (Business SIM Only, Business Solo or Business Sense) Step 3. choose one extra benefit from a range including email, 1GB internet browsing, extra texts, international calling and calling while abroad, which can be swapped on a monthly basis Step 4. In addition, customers can purchase add-ons, including Orange World for Business data bundles, BlackBerry Internet Service, BES Express, and MMS bundles to make sure they always have access to the services they need most.

The Business Solo and Business Solo Unlimited plans were designed for single users, and should prove a great option for start-ups and entrepreneurs. Additionally, Orange launched a new £25 plan for start-ups, so as to ensure that they can access business communication services while benefiting from transparency when it comes to costs. The Business SIM Only plan comes with all possible benefits from Orange, even if customers do not need to commit to a longer contract, but only to a 30-day rolling contract. At the same time, those who will choose this plan will enjoy the chargeable add-ons that are offered to Business Solo and Business Solo Unlimited customers.

“Business Sense is perfect for growing businesses who wish to manage their mobile usage as the plan allows customers to share minutes and other benefits across a group of users on one account. Customers can choose from benefits and share them across the group or apply them to individual users only. The maximum sharer allowance is being removed to make it easier for business customers to grow their mobile communications alongside their business without having to worry about changing plans,” the wireless carrier notes.

Along with the new plans, Orange revealed that, starting with May 4, Huddle’s award-winning project management and document sharing service should become available as a one-month free trial, while all new and existing Business Everywhere plan customers would benefit from 15 percent off the subscription price for life.
