Here's what to look out for

Fable II is really going to be an innovative title which will give players a wide variety of choices, each and every one of them having an impact on the character of the gamers. Peter Molyneux, the lead creative designer behind the game, already expressed the fact that the title would leave a big impression on every type of gamer, hardcore or casual, and change the way they look at other titles. He might have exaggerated a bit, but judging by what we have seen until now, it will surely attract the interest of a lot of gamers.

Although it is scheduled for release today, the Limited Collector's Edition has already been shipped to many of the clients who pre-ordered the very anticipated title. We reported some time ago that from the whole limited version of the game, a few features were cut out, like the Hobbe figure or the Collector's Edition packaging box, and it seems that even more things won't reach the gamers who paid good money for this version. The CE now stands to offer customers who wanted something a bit more special with their game disc a DVD containing some “making of” sequences and special in game content like the “Hall of the Dead” Dungeon, the “Wreckager” Legendary Cutlass Weapon and the Spartan armor and energy sword.

Pretty interesting stuff to make you pay even more for the game, right? Well, when you go and pick up your CE, you might want to check the packaging and see if it has an Orange sticker which says “48 hours of live” because that version has the in game content. Because there are two different manufacturing plants, a lot of CE editions don't have the special game items; thus, only the ones with the Orange sticker have the cards containing the codes for them.

This announcement came from several GameStop employees who had pre-ordered the limited editions for themselves and did not get the content they were expecting. No official reply has come from Microsoft, the game publisher, yet, but we will keep you up to date on the matter.
