Nokia X7, the multimedia device that the Finnish handset vendor unveiled to the world with the new Symbian Anna OS flavor on board, is now available for purchase in the UK on the airwaves of wireless carrier Three.

The company announced plans to add the device to its offering ever since the phone was unveiled to the world, and they have finally released it on shelves.

The handset comes with appealing specs and features, starting with the large 4-inch AMOLED touchscreen display it sports on the front.

On the back, the device sports an 8 megapixel photo snapper with dual LED flash, which can also record videos in HD resolution.

The new smartphone is available for purchase via Three UK for free on the carrier's The One Plan, which brings 2,000 minutes, 5,000 texts, 5,000 Three-to-Three minutes, and All-you-can-eat Data for £35 per month.

But this is not the only offering Three made available for its customers interested in the purchase of Nokia X7.

Another monthly offering in place for Three UK customers has the device available for free on the £30 per month Text 500 plan, which includes 500 minutes, 5,000 texts, and 1GB of Internet.

Moreover, the carrier's customers can also purchase the new phone on a Pay As You Go basis, for £379.99 (users will need to choose a £10 or £15 add-on).

Nokia X7 arrives on shelves with 250MB of internal memory, complemented by a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 32GB of additional storage space.

Other specifications of the new mobile phone include WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, along with FM Radio, 3.5mm headphone jack, built-in GPS receiver, and a battery that can offer up to 270 Minutes of talk time or up to 400 Hours of standby time.

The new mobile phone comes with support for fast Internet browsing, as well as for email and IM. Users can also enjoy various mobile services on it, as well as applications available for download via the Ovi Store.
