This week, the Nintendo download update really mixes things up, with a variety of releases, from spot the difference ones to puzzle titles or old school arcade games.

First up, on the WiiWare, we have Spot the Difference! which, as its name clearly suggests, is a spot the difference title, with over 160 different scenes, each with around 1,600 differences to spot.

You have multiple game modes, and can play with up to three other players and see who has the most difference spotting skills, all for 500 Wii Points.

Wii owners will also be able to enjoy, in the Virtual Console section, S.C.A.T., a platformer originally released for the Nintendo Entertainment System.

You play as a member of the Special Cybernetic Attack Team, which must destroy invading aliens through a variety of levels and with lots of guns to choose from.

You can either play alone or get a buddy to help through the two-player cooperative mode.

Next up, on the DSiWare, we have G.G Series Dark Spirits, a side scrolling shooter where you must use different ship enhancements to destroy enemies and collect their remains in order to upgrade your own vessel.

Only one player can experience the game, but it's a pretty decent deal for 200 DSi Points.

The second DSi title is Boom Boom Squaries, a puzzle game, reminiscent of Tetris, with multiple game modes like Classic, Challenge, Time Trial or Endless, and lots of different levels to complete, for just 200 DSi Points.

505 Tangram, as its name suggests, is a collection of 505 tangram puzzles that you must complete in order to get the title of Tangram Master.

You can either use your stylus on the touchscreen interface of the DSi or the control pad to solve the puzzles, with the game costing 500 DSi Points.

Last but not least, we have Shawn Johnson Gymnastics, which allows you to follow the footsteps of famous North American gymnast Shawn Johnson as she competes in a variety of events.

You must develop your skills and then try to get gold in as many events as possible, for 500 DSi Points.
