Nicole Kidman is just one of the many female celebrities to have come forward as of late to speak of Botox use and how bad it can be for an actor because it freezes the face. She says she's not doing it anymore.

Though in previous interviews, Kidman has either avoided the question completely or denied she's ever had the jabs, this time, she says she did try Botox to try and stall time, Contact Music reports.

The admission comes in the German magazine TV Movie. Kidman says that, though she did try Botox, she soon realized it was not good for her so she stopped having the injections.

“I've tried a lot of things, but apart from working out and a good diet most things don't help,” she says for the aforementioned magazine, as per Contact Music.

“I even tried Botox but I didn't like how my face looked afterwards. Now I don't use it anymore – and I can move my forehead again!” the actress adds.

Kidman is not the only one either to admit to using Botox and ultimately to speak against it. Just recently, actress Sofia Vergara and former glamor girl Jenny McCarthy also did the same.

Vergara blasted aging stars like Madonna for desperately trying to hold on to their youth using the toxin, saying Botox literally creates monsters, making all women who use it look eerily the same.

McCarthy, on the other hand, said that while she chose to be more cautious about it in the future, she couldn't blame other women who continued getting it.

She also said that Botox made her drool and this was for her reason enough to stop getting it done so regularly. She still goes for the occasional touch-up, though.

“I had a weird incident where a plastic surgeon put it in my chin… and I had to go to a talk show. It was completely frozen. I had drool coming down the sides of my face. I’m not kidding,” the star said a while back, as we also reported.

“I have a weird relationship with that substance. I love it and hate that I need it,” she added.
