Some developers are still needed

Without checking any official stats, I can say that most of the MMOs we have today come from or can only be found in Japan and other Asian markets. And they keep coming, which is not bad at all. Especially when things turn out to be quite funny, as it happens with Tatsumaki: Land of War, the game developed by Eyes Out Entertainment in collaboration with Europeans Jolt Online Gaming.

The funny part is that, even though the game has been announced as almost ready to be beta tested, Eyes Out still needs "a few" concept and texture artists, as well as an animator, architectural and object modelers and additional programmers. Still, everything is OK- until you get to hear the last and most important part: they want to get all the aforementioned positions filled into "initially" unpaid jobs. It's a tough world out there!

Of course, there might be people who would like the opportunity to gain experience by working with professionals but still... there are hardly any free things in this world! However, if you want to be a Tatsumaki developer, check this page out.

Now, back to the Japanese MMORPG. Tatsumaki: Land of War will try to change the way MMO games are played by adding shunning races, classes, experience points and even monsters, offering instead PvP, detailed crafts and idle pursuits - all taking place against a backdrop of player-built towns; which sounds pretty cool, after all. It's better for players to build your game than developers who work for free. Honestly.

However, if you are expecting a free-to-play game or a micro transaction-based one, you will be surprised: Tatsumaki will only offer a limited free-to-play version and many pricing structures - when and IF it gets released.
