Since CeBIT 2011 is just starting today, a lot of big names in the IT industry are announcing their latest developments, and that's also the case with AOC, who's brought forth, among many other interesting novelties, a brand-new widescreen (27-inch) LED PC monitor, model e2795Vh.

Without a doubt, 27 inches of desktop space is quite an impressive value, all things considered, with quite a wide array of people requiring such a large-size display (just think about all of the graphics artists, engineers, photographers, etc. out there).

However, the large (70cm) diagonal size is not the only interesting feature this thing has in store, given the fact that the display also offers users a Full HD, 1080p (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution, meaning that they will be able to easily watch videos in very good conditions and at quite an OK level of image quality.

The device also packs an MVA (multi-domain vertical alignment) panel, enabling 178 degrees horizontal and vertical viewing angles, while sporting a LED backlight system that will seriously cut down the power consumption levels.

Moreover, the e2795Vh PC monitor from AOC offers a rather standard response time (5ms, not particularly great for gaming) and brightness (around 300 cd/m2), but sports plenty of connectivity options on the side, including here a 4-port USB hub and both DVI and HDMI inputs.

Plus, given the fact that it packs a Full HD display, AOC has decided to also equip the monitor with a pair of speakers, turning it, for all intends and purposes, into a miniature HDTV (especially when paired with a TV tuner).

Unfortunately, AOC has refrained from providing any pricing information related to their brand-new Full HD, 27-inch, LED-backlit monitor, but, as TCMagazine reports, it's quite likely that this important detail will also become available once the device becomes officially available for purchase, at some point in April 2011.
