Curiosity has been on Mars for a year now and NASA will not let it spend the anniversary alone. The space agency has decided to broadcast its first birthday via Ustream.

The event will kick off at 10:45 AM ETD on August 6, NASA announced.

The program will include a series of pre-recorded interviews with the mission’s team, as well as a live stream with NASA officials and the crew aboard the International Space Station.

They will all answer questions about the things Curiosity has discovered and everyone can send their questions over Twitter or Google+, as well as by using the #askNASA hashtag.

The space agency is also planning on talking about another upcoming important event, namely the first human mission to Mars and to an asteroid, which are scheduled for the next two decades.
