After almost a year from the original announcement, Cingular has launched the RAZR V3i in its stores. The V3i is the successor of the long lasting RAZR V3, which has already been sold by Cingular in different colors (silver, pink, blue and black).

The V3i is a quadband GSM phone and has a VGA camera of 1.3 megapixel, Bluetooth, a 176x220 resolution internal color display with 262k colors and a 65k color external one. It also features an iTunes player designed by Apple and Motorola, that can store music on a microSD expandable card slot.

Compared to V3`s 7 hours talk time, Cingular declares on its website that V3i will have a 3 hours talk time.

The handset will cost 249.99 $ with a two years service agreement and an extra 50 $ mail-in rebate, in comparison to the RAZR V3, which is sold by Cingular for 99 $ (same rebate included).
