Rumors say that Motorola has announced, at the Gartner Symposium Itxpo, the future release of an improved Q, the Motorola Q Pro (not the one pictured here), and it seems that their Windows Mobile Smartphone will get a facelift together with a software package upgrade.

The first noticeable thing will be the new black "suit" of the Motorola Q Pro, that will be the cover for more important improvements. The device will feature Motorola's MOTOPRO Mobility Suite that will offer the users the capability for remote device management, application management and the possibility to disable the integrated digital camera.

Other important new features will be a pre-installed firewall, data encryption for secure emailing and messaging, intrusion detection and virtual private network connectivity with support for authentication.

The rumors aren't saying anything about a possible price of the new Motorola device, but they do mention a possible release date: Q1 2007.
