When one thinks Palm Pre, one also thinks no release date known yet, but a load of rumored ones left behind. And some more presumed launch days will follow, as we can quickly mention at least three of them, namely the previously reported May 17 and June 29, and the newly suggested June 7. Given the large amount of rumors surrounding the launch, nothing seems believable now, yet we should report on the new date as well, just in case.

According to a leaked internal Sprint document, says the SprintGurus forum member Coal, the highly anticipated Palm mobile phone is to see the sunlight on June 7. In addition, it looks like a source with the carrier also confirmed said date, although there seems to be a second possible launch day as well, which hasn't been unveiled yet.

Given the recent news that Sprint would plan on making the Pre available for pre-order one month before bringing it to the shelves, the May 17 launch is ruled out, and it remains to be seen whether June 7 or 29 will prove to become reality. Interestingly enough, WWDC 2009 is set to launch on June 8, and Apple is expected to unveil the new version of the iPhone there, which means that Palm's Pre will come only one day before that.

In related news, we learn that the device is already shipping from China to the US. At the same time, the rumors also say that the handset comes with the software already loaded on it, which would mean that, once it arrives in the country, it will be distributed right away, which might be another indicator that the launch date is getting closer, as is the recently spotted photo with the handset in the wild.

The last of the today's rumors on the Pre has it that Palm plans to build a rather strange marketing campaign for the device. According to PreCentral, the phone maker is working on a new Palm Pre viral video in Seattle, and an actor will be filmed while being “locked” in a room and “protesting” until Palm releases the Pre on the market. The story ends with the company learning about his protest and giving in to his demands. The interesting part here is that the actors, says PreCentral, have been informed that the shooting will end on June 5, which means that the phone should become available very soon after, so the bets are on June 7 once again.
