14 DAY TRIAL // When they're not busy joining the Mortal Kombat Universe with the DC one, Midway plans to fight against Grand Theft Auto. Their plan, called This is Vegas, definitely looks like a competitor and it has the power to attract the adult audience bringing us the decadence of Sin City (and probably much more).
In order to promote their game and prove that adult-oriented graphics, dances, happenings and such will be no secret for our character, Midway has launched the official website for This is Vegas and has packed it with a few new screenshots and two trailers, perfect for you to enjoy alone at home and under no circumstances at work. No, I'm just joking, you can check the website from anywhere, it's not that bad, nor too mature-demanding.
The game will hit retailers this fall for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles and PC systems and Midway might get a quite lucky if they can bring a great experience by this fall, most of the people will probably be very tempted to try something else except GTA IV, since it will be kind of old then. The game is an open world, lifestyle action experience, where players will live out their Vegas fantasies by fighting, gambling, racing and partying their way through the most fast-paced and wildest city in the world. You will have to do your best and resurrect the famous city when a powerful businessman starts turning your city into a family-friendly tourist trap - we all know that what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, and family-friendly should not be one of the things that happen. So, you will fight for this noble cause this fall, when the game gets released.
