At last night’s MTV Movie Awards 2014, actress Ellen Page made an appearance onstage specifically with the purpose of introducing a brand new video from her upcoming movie, the highly anticipated “X-Men: Days of Future Past.”

This is the second installment in the “X-Men” reboot, after “X-Men: First Class,” and stands out for bringing together on the same screen both the old Mutants, from the original trilogy, and the younger ones, from “First Class.”

The new clip from the film is embedded below in full. I could be wrong, but it seems like it’s actually from the opening scene of the movie, according to the script that leaked in January. This could be the underground hiding place of the Mutants in Moscow, which is now being attacked.

In other “X-Men” news, director Bryan Singer recently said that, with the follow up “X-Men: Apocalypse,” fans should expect more of Gambit and Nightcrawler. Gambit first appeared in “X-Men Origins: Wolverine,” as played by Taylor Kitsch, while Nightcrawler was featured in “X2: X-Men United,” and was played by Alan Cumming.

Both actors could reprise their roles but, until then, fans will revisit their favorite Mutants with “Days of Future Past” on May 23.
