MSI colaborates with SteelSeries and offers gaming bundle for the Big Bang Trinergy P55 motherboard

Late in October, Taiwanese motherboard maker, MSI introduced its highly-anticipated Big Bang Trinergy motherboard, a P55-based platform that was designed specifically to meet the requirements of performance enthusiasts and fans of Intel's latest mainstream platform. Featured with NVIDIA's NF200 chip, the board can enable support for both multi-GPU technologies, namely SLI and CrossFireX. Despite the board's extensive list of features, MSI decided to throw in a little extra, by offering the board with a SteelSeries bundle.

“Big Bang is the state-of-the-art gaming series from MSI through long-standing development. We feel more than pleased to partner with such a professional gaming company, SteelSeries to introduce it to gaming community” said Jason Lee, MSI's Mainboard and Graphics Card marketing director. “We believe our close collaboration will open the door of delivering high-quality gaming experience to users.”

Designed as a board for gaming enthusiasts, the Big Bang Trinergy will enable gaming enthusiasts to mix Intel's latest processors with NVIDIA's GeForce cards, for an ultimate gaming and visual experience. The board can support up to 10 SATA II devices, with an additional two eSATA ports, three PCI-Express graphics cards, up to 16GB of DDR3 memory and one of Intel's LGA1156-compatible Core i5 or Core i7 Lynnfield processors.

Now, with the SteelSeries bundle, which includes the SteelSeries KINZU and QcK+ gaming gears, gaming enthusiasts will be able to enjoy the latest gaming applications, easier and faster than before. The bundle comes with the aforementioned KINZU gaming mouse and the QcK (FNATIC Edition) mouse pad, two products specifically tailored to meet the gamers' requirements.

“We're excited to team up with MSI and offer gamers the opportunity to combine one of our newest gaming mice, SteelSeries Kinzu, and the award-winning QcK+ with the new Big Bang-Trinergy,” said Kim Rom, SteelSeries chief marketing officer. “SteelSeries partners with brands that share the same values when it comes to gaming and gear: develop products that meet the needs of professionals and at the end of the day, Winning is Everything.”

The board and the new SteelSeries bundle are available for pre-order, with more details available through this web page.
