Beside the U and X series notebooks we've already talked about, MSI has decided to also bring to CeBIT 2011 three new portable computing systems within its C series, namely the CX640, CR640, and CR650.

The first notebook we'll talk about as follows is the CR650, which is what we'd like to call an “older acquaintance”, since we've previously come across information pertaining to it quite a few times before.

In fact, the portable computing system built on the AMD E-350 APU has already been officially announced, MSI simply using CeBIT 2011 in order to allow the audience to take a closer (and better) look at it.

As mentioned before, the company also showed on this occasion the CX640 and CR640 notebook models, both of which feature Intel's second generation Core i processors, as well as the enhanced Turbo Boost 2.0 technology.

Plus, the two notebooks also pack MSI's proprietary fast-boot technology, while the CX640 also includes the NVIDIA GeForce GT520M discrete graphics card with 1GB of memory.

Of course, the three notebooks from MSI also have plenty of features and functions in common, the most interesting ones being related to their battery life.

So, the trio comes packed with MSI's Turbo Battery+ technology, that enables users to thoroughly manage which of the laptop's services (and components) remain active at any given moment, while the company's proprietary recharging technology can also power the notebooks' batteries around 1.5 times faster than traditional laptops.

Last, but certainly not least, we'll also have to mention that they pack plenty of multimedia features (enhanced audio playback, multiple connectivity options, etc.), which make them some prime solutions for everyday computing.

Sadly, still no pricing and availability regarding these new portable systems have been provided just yet, so we're still eagerly looking forward to finding out what's what as far as these particular details are concerned.
