All other features of the camera are the same as the ones on the base model, including a 16.5MP APS-C format CMOS sensor, ISO sensitivity of up to ISO 12,500 or 30 to 1/2000th of a second shutter speed.

At the opening of the same store, Leica Japan also launched a limited, 100-piece edition Leica X2 White camera that was quite popular. Also, earlier this month, Leica announced another special edition Leica X2 camera with a unique “paper skin”, made in collaboration with renowned paper manufacturer Fedrigoni.
