Shortly after introducing its 7-inch tablet IdeaPad A1 for just $199 (about 150 EUR), Lenovo is about to debut its 10-inch IdeaPad slate.

The tablet is now available for pre-order from Canadian retailer Future Shop for only $349 (about 253 EUR) and is expected to arrive in stores on October 27.

Hopefully, the tablet will arrive in store next week, but it won't come as a surprise if Future Shop will pull the tablet from its webstore.

The bad news is that this is not the first time that the IdeaPad is listed by Future Shop, as the retailer started to take pre-orders for the tablet back in July.

The good news is that the tablet is now much cheaper than the original $499 (about 362 EUR) suggested retail price.

At only $349, Lenovo's IdeaPad is bang for the buck, as it offers Honeycomb, dual-core CPU, Wi-Fi connectivity and dual cameras.

At least that's what Future Shop claims: “Powered by Android 3.0, the Lenovo Ideapad tablet computer keeps you connected and engaged with music, video, apps, games, and so much more. You'll enjoy all your content with total clarity on the sharp, vibrant 10-inch LCD screen, and store it all on the sizeable 32GB flash hard drive. Other great features include front and rear cameras, a NVIDIA Tegra T20 dual core processor, and built in 802.11n WiFi and Bluetooth.”

It is unclear if the tablet will be indeed delivered with Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system or Lenovo will push a newer iteration of the platform at the last moment.

It is also worth mentioning that the IdeaPad packs 1GB of RAM, microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 64GB), 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, as well as a secondary 2-megapixel front facing camera.

IdeaPad's battery is rated by the manufacturer for up to 8 hours of continuous usage.
