Left 4 Dead is set to be a very successful title, largely due to the fact that one of the most popular game developers on the market, Valve, is behind it. The company is very popular with the gamer community mainly because it endorses and publishes modifications made to its games by different types of people.

The demo for the soon to be released zombie shooter has allowed for quite a lot of changes, as we reported about the fact that you could enable a splitscreen co-op mode, or play the game using a third person view. Now, as the full game is already getting ready to hit the store shelves, a few final interesting details emerged about the demo.

It seems that during the first chapter of this version, you can find a cereal box that advertises the fact that it has collectible figurines from Valve's extremely popular game, Team Fortress 2. Nothing unusual here, right? Well the box encourages players to collect all ten figurines, and, as most of you know, TF2 currently has only 9 classes. This just might be a confirmation that Valve has some new content planned for the popular online shooter.

Also, as a confirmation that it could be done, a team of modders have created a slightly customized and a lot darker version of the popular Dustbowl TF2 map on which you can play the demo. Although another person already posted the fact that you could play it even on a Counter Strike: Source map, this new modification shows that the full version of Left 4 Dead is certainly going to please users who like to customize their experience.

All in all, this demo has achieved a lot of things and has prompted undecided users to really consider this fun game. Let's just hope that the full version will offer the same great experience; look forward to it on November 18.
