14 DAY TRIAL // Shocking new evidence has emerged in the case of Chris Brown assaulting girlfriend Rihanna on February 8. According to celebrity gossip website / paparazzi agency TMZ, FOX 11 got a hand on an LAPD detective’s notes regarding the altercation, and they detail how it all went down – and how Brown vouched to kill his girlfriend for reading a text message he had received from an unidentified woman.
According to the notes, which were then used in a warrant search, Rihanna took Brown’s phone and read a three-page message he had received from another woman. When he noticed what she was doing, an argument ensued, with Brown trying to push Rihanna out of the moving car. He couldn’t because she had her seat belt on, but that only infuriated the 19-year-old singer more.
“Brown then allegedly shoved Rihanna’s head against the passenger window. When Rihanna turned to face him, Brown punched her, then continued punching her while driving, according to the detective’s notes. Blood spattered all over Rihanna’s clothing and in the interior of the car. Her mouth was filled with blood. Brown allegedly told Rihanna, ‘I’m going to beat the [expletive]out of you when we get home. You wait and see’.” TMZ reports.
At this point, Rihanna took out her own phone and called her assistant, telling her that she would be home soon and, at the same time, asking her to “make sure the cops are there when I get there.” This got Brown all the more angry, threatening her that she had just made the “stupidest mistake” of her life and that “I’m going to kill you.” From this moment on, things got even worse, with Brown hitting Rihanna as he continued to drive, the same notes reveal.
“According to the report, Brown continued to punch Rihanna, bit her on her ear, her fingers and put her in a headlock – she almost lost consciousness.” TMZ further says. As it has been recently revealed, this was not the first time that he attacked her, Rihanna telling the cops only minutes later that the beatings she received got worse in time.
Chris Brown is due in court today for his first arraignment in the case. He is currently facing charges of making terrorist threats and domestic violence. Story developing, keep an eye on this space for updates.
