First information on Samsung SGH-G800 appeared more than a month ago, with little hopes of seeing it hit the market any time soon. Some real images of the phone appear, hinting that a release might come sooner than people expect, as the device is not only a concept, but a live device.

Competitors are surely not as enthusiast about the possibility of a future release of Samsung SGH-G800 as customers might be. The slider phone has high chances of becoming a strong competitor that manages to combine high class with some pretty evolved performances. The phone has smooth, straight lines and a special glow that resembles that of LG Shine. It comes in some small sizes that make it look slender and elegant, some features that will surely receive some appreciation from users with a scent of good taste.

What Samsung SGH-G800 has to bring over most other mobile phones out there is the 5 megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom and Xenon flash. That makes it a tough high quality capture machine that only few other mobile phones on the market can match. The handset is also capable of providing mobile TV services, one of the most evolved and appreciated at this time.

The 2.4 inch QVGA display screen is great for this, especially when considering the fact that this is a slider phone. It supports a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels, excellent for providing images at a fairly good quality. There is also an ultra small card slot with microSD and microSDHC flash memory support on this phone, for making sure that the user does not run out of personal information storage space. Other specifications also include HSDPA connectivity, which brings speedy data transfer speeds.

Samsung SGH-G800 has been spotted at a Samsung dealer event in the Netherlands, which shows that the producer is building the way for this handset's close official release. No specifications on when exactly this will happen have been revealed.
