It is also worth mentioning that Mobile TV service will be moved from 'Mega Pack' to 'Mobile TV lite' as and when it is launched.

Dubbed as the smartphone with one of the brightest displays on the mobile market, the Optimus Black comes with a larger 4.0-inch multi-touch screen display, which is based on LG's NOVA technology.

According to LG, the Optimus Black screen is capable of emitting 700 nits (candela per square meter).

On the inside, the Optimus Black seems powerful enough, as it is equipped with a Texas Instruments 3630 processor clocked at 1 GHz speed.

Furthermore, the smartphone is powered by Google's Android 2.2 (Froyo) operating system and features the company's proprietary Optimus 2.0 and Gesture 2.0 user-friendly interfaces.
