Two new mobile phones were unveiled officially on the South Korean market, namely the LG-LU3000, which made it to the headlines a few times before, and the Pantech IM-A720L, both of which were announced to arrive at LG+.

The LG-LU3000 is a smartphone that emerged a few weeks ago, when we learned that this device would prove faster than some of the leading handsets on shelves today, including the Samsung Galaxy S or the iPhone 4.

Not only would this device sport a large touchscreen display, namely a 3.8-inches WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) LCD, but it also includes a fast processor inside, namely a Texas Instrument 1GHz OMAP3630 CPU.

According to some of the previous rumors on this device, LG+ would plan on releasing it in two color flavors, namely black and white, so as to make it more appealing that it already might be.

The specifications list of this device also includes a 5-megapixel photo snapper with auto focus and video recording capabilities, along with HDMI out, DLNA, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth features.

According to a recent article on Akihabara News, LG+ already confirmed that the smartphone is set to arrive on the market in Korea within a week, while being priced at around 800,000 Won when released.

In addition to this device, LG+ went official with another Android 2.2 handset, the IM-A720L from Pantech, which should be put on sale in the county sometime during this month.

The specifications list of this device would also include a 4-inch touchscreen display capable of delivering a WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) resolution, as well as a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8255 application processor.

Other features of this mobile phone would include Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity options, but the rest of the specifications are still shrouded in mystery. No specific info on the price tag of this device was unveiled either, it seems.
