LG KC1 is just one of the many mobile phones which have been released in Korea at this year's edition of SEK. It turns out to be one of the most evolved high-end handsets seen here, as it manages to pack a large number of performances.

One of the most appealing features about the LG KC1 mobile phone is that it manages to provide WiBro (Wireless Broadband), the Korean equivalent of WiMAX standard. This means that it manages to provide transfer speeds of up to 50 Mbps, more than enough in order to respond to the most soliciting demands coming from the user.

This means that the 512MB internal memory that this mobile phone comes equipped with can be occupied through a simple 10 second file transfer. Additional space might very well compensate for that, although no specifications have been made on a memory card slot being included in this handset.

LG KC1 comes with a 2.8 inch impressive QVGA touchscreen which manages to respond both to the current technology trend and to functionality at the same time. Images shot with the 2 megapixel camera will display beautifully, although they will be only of average quality.

LG KC1 has Windows Mobile 5 installed on it, which leaves it a bit behind other handsets capable of similar performances which also come with the latest version of this software. Moreover, the phone has Bluetooth Surrounds Sound output, which makes it excellent for packing a large amount of multimedia files. As it is expected, LG KC1 will also include an MP3 player.

This is the first WiMAX PDA phone model coming from LG. The company has announced this device a long time ago, but will surely be available from now on for the Korean market to enjoy. The estimate price that LG KC1 will be available for purchase is still unknown.
