After being released on Sprint in the USA it is now time for Canadian users to enjoy the LG LX550 going by the name of LG Fusic.

LG Fusic was the first mobile phone launched on the U.S. marked that included an FM transmitter for playing music through a radio or car stereo, and was designed to be appealing to people who want a mobile phone with an integrated MP3 player, that offers high-quality sound, and the possibility to easily transfer and store music on their cell phones.

The handheld is equipped with 23MB of internal memory and a MicroSD card slot for memory expansion, and comes with a 64MB MicroSD memory card, which can be replaced with a bigger one in case 64Mb doesn't seem enough for storing your favorite tracks.

The fancy clamshell phone measures 96 x 48 x 20 mm and weighs 120 grams which means that it can be carried around in a pocket without being inconvenient, and features an iPod-like external navigation wheel and changeable covers.

Bluetooth with A2DP support and a 2.5 mm headset jack allow the use of almost any type of headset, wired or wireless. Leaving its music phone features aside, LG Fusic also packs a 1.3 megapixel camera with video capture and flash, dual color displays and EV-DO access for downloads or video streaming.

LG's small flip phone is now available on Bell and can be purchased contract-free for $375.95 or $179.95 on a three year contract.
