14 DAY TRIAL // Indie Royale, the special service that offers a variety of great independent games for low prices, has just started promoting its New Year’s Bundle, which can now be pre-ordered before its official release, even if potential customers don’t actually know what they’ll be buying.
At the end of last year we were flooded with a variety of bundles and discounts, coming from websites like the Humble Indie Bundle or from digital distribution services like Steam.
Now, after concluding the Christmas deal, Indie Royale is hyping up its New Year’s Bundle, which offers four games that have yet to be revealed.
For those who don’t even need a confirmation of what games are included, Indie Royal is already offering a pre-order for the bundle, with a minimum price of $3.99 (€3.07), although the service recommends you pay between €/£/$5 to €/£/$10 for it. Those who pre-order the bundle or who pay above the minimum price once the deal goes live, will also get the electronic chiptune funk album Beautiful Lifestyle made by George & Jonathan.

“The titles to be offered will include a premium blend of FPS and RTS (Steam for PC and Mac), an innovative single-player puzzle game (Steam for PC and Mac, Desura for PC, DRM-free PC and Mac download), an award-winning 2D platformer (Steam for PC and Mac, plus an enhanced version for Desura PC, DRM-free PC and Mac download) and a world premiere on PC/Mac for an acclaimed arcade shooter with a twist (Desura for PC, DRM-free PC and Mac download),” the service revealed in an announcement on its website.
The New Year’s Bundle will go live on Indie Royale for a minimum price of $2.99 (€2.3) later this week.
