Courtney Love is a great interviewer, celebrity pundits note: she never holds anything back, always speaks her mind. Her latest interview with Vanity Fair, the issue with Johnny Depp on the cover, is no exception.

If Kurt Cobain, her late husband, came back to life by some miracle, she’d make sure she’d kill him again, Courtney says, when asked if she’s made at him for taking his own life.

“Mad? Ya think?! If he came back right now I’d have to kill him, for what he did to us. I’d [expletive]-ing kill him. I’d [expletive] him, and then I’d kill him,” she tells the magazine.

She also talks about a topic very close to her heart and of which she’d rant to anyone willing to listen: “the fraud,” the $250 million – Nirvana money – she claims “they” stole from her.

Another topic that she’s very passionate about is her and Kurt’s daughter, Frances Bean, who emancipated herself 2 years ago and moved out of the house.

Courtney doesn’t blame her but she does wish things were different, even though there’s nothing she can do now to change the past.

“All I can feel is how much I love her. I’d give anything to hear the sound of her heels walking down the hall past my bedroom,” she says.

Love laments that her daughter didn’t even include her on her diary page “things that make me smile.” She’s also sorry that, because she didn’t read to her, Frances didn’t learn to read until she was 7.

“It was my fault! I never read to her!... Why didn’t I ever take her to a Broadway show? She [expletive]-ing loved those Broadway musicals!” she says.

Trouble didn’t stop for Frances at home, since she was also teased at school by the other children. “They called her ‘crack baby’,” the star explains.
