Mobile phone carrier Three UK has just announced the launch of a new broadband device on its lineup, the Huawei E367 premium dongle, which can offer support for speed enhancements of up to 40% on the carrier's network.

The new device should become available for purchase on the carrier's website, as well as via its stores, as soon as next week, on Thursday, April 7th.

While Three's network is already considered one of the fastest performing in the UK, the launch of the new Huawei E367 dongle should offer the carrier's users access to even faster speeds.

Some of the main features of the new device would include support for HSPA+ networks, complemented by a 40% increase in mobile browsing speeds, and a swiveling design.

The new device comes with support for HSPA+ technology, which would make it compatible with the carrier's ever evolving network, Three notes.

Moreover, the new dongle has been designed to prove fit in any circumstances, and comes with a rotating head that would ensure best performance and access to Three’s award winning 3G network.

Three UK also explains that the USB connector tucks into the dongle that that it would swivel when needed. Users can simply bend the dongle to sit vertically for increased efficiency.

“Huawei has done a great job delivering this superior dongle, in both form and function,” David Kerrigan, Three’s head of mobile broadband, commented on the new launch.

“Whether browsing the Internet, downloading files or streaming video, this dongle delivers an even better Internet experience on our 3G network, which is built for mobile Internet.”

Three’s Huawei E367 Dongle is priced at £69.99 on a PAYG 1GB Ready To Go plan, but can also be purchased for £49.99 upfront and £15.99 per month for 5GB on a monthly contract. It can be purchased for free on a £18.03 per month plan on a 24 month contract (for 15GB data access). It is available for upgrading customers for £59.99.
