Setting up different user profiles on the tablets is a pretty easy task

One of the highlights of CES 2014 was Samsung launching its premium Galaxy TabPRO and NotePRO line of tablets aimed at enterprise consumers.

The tablets launched with capable screens and powerful resolutions and featured some particularities like Samsung’s Magazine UX and feats such as Multi Window, which allows users of the 12.2-inch models to multi-task between four different apps.

Anyhow, another drawing point of the new tablets is that they allow multiple user profile to be set up. This way a team of people working on a project can share-in the functionality of a tablet.

Even if the Galaxy PRO models are aimed at the business market, it doesn't mean regular consumers can’t adopt one. Actually in the latest Samsung commercial detailing the tablets, we’re shown two women hanging out at the spa and one of them is watching video on a Galaxy TabPRO 8.4.

What I’m trying to say is that having the ability to set up multiple user profiles comes in handy if you’re going to be sharing the tablet with your family members, let’s say.

The new Samsung Galaxy PRO models can add up to 8 users. To bring another person onboard is pretty easy and you’ll just have to follow these simple steps.

1. Start your tablet; 2. Tap on Apps and then on Settings; 3. Tap General and then Users; 4. Tap Add User (found on the top right corner) to add a new person. A pop up asking permission will appear; 5. If you want to delete an user, tap the trash can that appears next to the user’s name. Note that only admins can delete users.
