Though she once said she was done with plastic surgery for life, reality star Heidi Montag has clearly had a change of heart: asked if she’ll ever go under the knife again, she doesn’t rule out the possibility.

Montag, once the fresh-faced girl from MTV’s “The Hills,” is now barely recognizable after a 10-surgery marathon in a single day, as it must already be widely known.

Since undergoing the drastic makeover almost one year and a half ago, Montag has been saying that she would never go under the knife because she couldn’t deal with more pain.

She’s had a change of heart, telling Us Weekly that she doesn’t rule out more interventions when she’s older, Monsters And Critics reports.

Asked whether she was done with cosmetic surgery, Heidi says, “Definitely – for now.” That last part is very important, it would seem.

“Obviously when I get a little older, I’ll take it from there, but for this moment, I don’t want anything to do with plastic surgery,” the star explains.

At the end of last year, Heidi did a very revealing interview and photospread with one US weekly, showing off the “horrible” scars she was left with after the interventions and speaking in more detail about how she was adjusting to her new body.

As it turns out, not so good, because she felt like Edward Scissorhands.

“Parts of my body definitely look worse than they did presurgery. This is not what I signed up for,” she said about not being informed of all the consequences of surgery, as we also noted at the time.

“I would love to not be ‘plastic girl’ or whatever they call me. Surgery ruined my career and my personal life and just brought a lot of negativity into my world,” Heidi said.

Her career seems to be on the mend now: Heidi Montag is starting promotion for a new reality show, which sees her and 6 other celebrities try and launch a restaurant business.
