“The Hills” star Heidi Montag is just 23 but, at her age, she already knows what she wants: she has set her sights on becoming the next biggest superstar on the pop scene and, secondly, she wants to have more work done on her body until it’s “perfect.” The star recently revealed she’s had as many as 10 procedures done in a single day. In a new interview with Extra, Montag unveils the results.

She’s addicted to plastic surgery and she’s the first to admit to it. Speaking for the first time since she underwent surgery back in November, the star says that, while the pain was great and she is aware to a certain extent that the measures she took might have been too much, she’s happy with what she got. Moreover, she adds, she doesn’t plan to stop here and will go under the knife until she’s one h2undred percent satisfied with the results.

That also includes H-cup breasts: H for Heidi, she says. “Heidi Montag just had ten plastic surgery procedures, but she’s already thinking about the next time she’ll go under the knife. Montag, 23, underwent multiple cosmetic enhancements – including her second breast augmentation – but still wants more. Heidi admits her chest is now a ‘triple D, F. I like the F. I actually want H for Heidi.’ The ‘Hills’ star says of her nip/tuck, ‘I had a little bit of botox, an eyebrow lift, my ears tucked, I had my nose re-aligned, fat injections put into my cheeks, my lips done and I had my chin shaved down.’ Montag thinks her new look is an ‘upgrade’,” Extra writes after sitting down with Montag for a little heart-to-heart.

However, that’s not to say Montag is advocating for plastic surgery by putting herself and her case out there like that. On the contrary, she explains for Extra, she wants to have other girls her age know that this is not a decision they should take lightly, but also that it was one she had to take because she did not feel good in her own skin. The decision to undergo so many procedures was, for Heidi, the result of many years of insecurity and very low self-esteem, which is why she can now say she’s happier and more confident than ever in her life.

“Young girls who want to get it would get it regardless,” Heidi says when asked about whether she’s trying to set a (bad) example. “They need to know how severe it is and how serious and real it is. And that’s why I wanted to share my story with it. It’s not that you just go in and come out and it’s great a week later. Spencer [Pratt, her husband] was like, ‘You are crazy. You’ve officially lost it. I think you should see a therapist before you go’,” Montag goes on to say.
