Heidi Montag wants to go back to her fresh-faced former self, blames dead surgeon for her transformation

Presumably because she can no longer cash in by boasting of her drastic physical transformation, Heidi Montag is changing her tune: in a new television special, she blames all her problems on the surgeon who worked on her – and who is dead as of August last year.

Though the reality star’s initial reaction to news that Dr. Frank Ryan had been killed in a car crash was one that indicated how much she loved him as a person and appreciated his work, Heidi has had a change of heart.

In a recent Primetime television special “Celebrity Plastic Surgery Gone Too Far?,” the star, who once said she wanted to look like a plastic Barbie, states Dr. Ryan mislead her before having her undergo the procedures, the Daily Mail reports.

As fans must know, Montag underwent a complete physical transformation by having no less than 10 different procedures done in a single day on her body and face.

As Dr. Ryan defended his decision to perform so much surgery on such a young woman, Montag too came to his defense, saying the decision was hers, therefore he only did what she told him.

However, since he’s no longer with us to speak for himself, Heidi is now free to say whatever she deems advantageous for her. Doctors should explain to patients what exactly it is that will be done to them.

“Maybe I should have known. But how can you know when your doctor’s saying, ‘It’s just a little of this, it’s just a little of that?’ You know, it really becomes a lot. I definitely think I should have been way more informed,” Montag says in the television special.

The problem is not just with her, she goes on to say: countless patients are being mislead like she was and maybe it’s time someone pointed it out to the world.

“I think that doctors should really walk you through all aspects of it, not just the glamorous side of it. Doctors, it’s like they’re selling you cookies or something,” Montag also goes on the record saying.

To add insult to injury, Heidi is now addicted to plastic surgery, but the only wish she still has it to go back to how she was before it all started, before the first nose job she got.

“I don’t want the biggest [breasts] in the world and, to be honest, I would take them out and downsize them but I don’t want to go under the knife again,” Montag says in the same segment.

“I feel like I’m stuck with them now. Sometimes I wish I could go back to the original Heidi with nothing because I do look at that fresh faced girl and that is who I am,” the reality star reveals.
