If your PC is not equipped with such a program, you will be able to find both on HTC's support page. In any case, after checking or installing the previous mentioned programs, connect your device to the PC and then simply download the hot fix from the web page by clicking on the corresponding link.
After downloading it on your device, go to the .exe file, and follow the other set of instructions to install the fix on your mobile. Know that, if you perform a hard reset, the installation procedure must be repeated, since it will become inactive.
