Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation has just unveiled two new devices running under Microsoft's Windows Phone Mango operating system, namely the HTC TITAN and HTC Radar, both of which should be released on shelves starting with October in various markets in Europe and Asia.

Apparently, early October will bring the two handsets to the market in the Netherlands, the latest reports on the matter suggest.

To be more precise, HTC confirmed that both smartphones are expected to hit the shelves on October 4th, in the country and should feature price tags of 599 Euro and 399 Euro, respectively.

These are among the first Mango smartphones to be unveiled to the world, and are definitely the first such devices we heard of to be on their way to the market in Europe in the next few weeks.

The two were unveiled to the world on September 1st during a series of events that HTC held in various cities in Europe.

Both of them come with appealing features, including front-facing cameras, a new addition to Windows Phone devices, which preps the road for Skype's arrival on this platform, so that users would enjoy video calling while on the go.

The HTC TITAN is the largest of the two, and might prove to be the largest smartphone on the market when made available next month. It sports a 4.7-inch touchscreen display, complemented by a 1.5GHz application processor, and 16GB of internal memory.

The mobile phone also comes with an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with HD video recording capabilities, as well as with support for a great deal of services from Microsoft. It will certainly offer a great experience when it comes to viewing photos and videos, or to playing games.

The first handset in the world to sport a 5.3-inch screen was already announced the Galaxy Note from Samsung, but it will not be released before the end of 2011, which means that TITAN will be king among smartphones for the next few months.

The HTC Radar will land on shelves as a mid-range device, featuring a 3.8-inch screen and a 1GHz application processor inside. The handset also sports 8GB of internal memory, along with a 5MP camera on the back, with HD video recording.
