Canadian network Telus now brings HTC S720 smartphone, a highly evolved device. With this, they offer the reliable services coming from HTC products under a high cost, which might be worth it in the end.

This smartphone comes with few changes from the HTC S710/Vox phone model. The main one is that HTC S720 is actually a CDMA handset and has slight differences in hardware and software.

The fact that it comes with Windows Mobile 6 installed makes it one of the most highly evolved mobile devices. Even more, it is worth mentioning that we are actually talking about the first cellular in Canada to work on this operating system.

One very practical aspect about HTC S720 is that it comes with two keyboards. It has a fast access 12 key numeric pad and also reveals a QWERTY one when it slides. This makes the phone highly reliable and offers easy access to any of its functions and also allows the quick editing of word files when needed.

Moreover, it proves to be quite small and easy to handle, at its 103.5 x 51 x 19.2 mm dimensions. This makes it a highly compact computer, as it is capable of providing its user the possibility of continuing his work any place, at all times. HTC S720 comes with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents support.

This smartphone can also be used as a modem in order to provide laptop Internet access through a USB modem. Basic internet services are provided through this handset too, as it is capable of handling email, instant messaging and web browsing.

HTC S720 is available through Canadian network Telus for the price of USD 150. Still, this comes with a three year contract, which will considerably increase the price that people have to spend on it in time. In order to break free of these constrains, HTC S720 is also available with no contract, for the price of USD500.
