HTC already confirmed that it had teamed up with more than 140 carriers to offer its HTC One lineup in as many regions as possible. True to its word, the company will release all three smartphones in the UK sometime next month.

HTC One X, One S and One V are now on “Coming Soon” at O2, and are scheduled to arrive in stock in April.

Although there are no details on the exact release date of the smartphones, Android fans can already pre-order HTC One devices, but only from Orange UK carrier.

O2 recently launched Sony’s Android flagship smartphone, the Xperia S, and confirmed the upcoming availability of two additional Xperia NXT series devices, the Xperia U and Xperia P.

If the carrier keeps its promise, Android enthusiasts living in the UK will be able to choose from five new handsets manufactured by Sony and HTC.

No word on pricing options yet, but we can safely assume that all three HTC One smartphones will be available for free on select plans.

HTC has high hopes for its new Android devices, but if Samsung decides to announce the Galaxy S III a bit earlier, the Taiwanese company may encounter some troubles, such as low sales.

Unveiled two weeks ago at the Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona, HTC One series is expected to make its debut on the market starting from April.

All three smartphones are powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, along with the latest version of HTC Sense UI.

With a mix of dual-core and quad-core devices, the One series is among the most promising lineup of Android smartphones scheduled to arrive on the market this year.

Hopefully, HTC will be more successful with these upcoming handsets, as the company was badly hurt last year due to poor sales.
