Verizon has just confirmed that its first smartphone to include support for 4G LTE would become available for purchase on its airwaves on Thursday, the HTC ThunderBolt, but it seems that this might not be the only HTC device that the carrier plans on launching in the near future.

Another such handset, the DROID Incredible 2, has been making the rounds for several weeks now, and might be closer to being made official than what some might expect.

Not too long ago, the handset has been spotted in a series of leaked photos, accompanied by some info on its hardware specifications.

This time around, the phone's files have been extracted, and a system dump was posted online, offering some more info on what applications it would include.

Apparently, Verizon would pack it with the full list of usual applications, including Skype, as well as other media, including wallpapers, built-in ringtones, and more,

The phone's bootup animation is present there as well, along with other pieces of software as well, including Wifi_Router and Blockbuster apps, games, and the like.

Those who are interested in learning more on this system dump should head over to the Android Central forums here. The files are available both as a single, 282MB package, or as separate downloads.

For those out of the loop, we should note that the DROID Incredible 2 has been long rumored to be the Verizon flavor of the already announced HTC Incredible S, which was put on shelves in Europe and elsewhere.

However, the Verizon device would certainly include some changes from the original device, though specific info on the matter lacks at the moment.

The new Android-based mobile phone would arrive at Big Red as the successor of another appealing device at the carrier, the DROID Incredible, which was launched about a year ago.

There are no exact details available on the launch of this mobile phone, but it should not be too long before they emerge.
