HTC HD2 has been said quite a few times before to be by far one of the most appealing mobile phones that will reach the market this year running under Microsoft's Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system. The handset is expected to come to the market in various countries around the world soon, and we're pretty sure that most of you are already interested in how much it will cost.

Up until now, the Taiwanese phone maker HTC Corporation hasn't unveiled any official details on the pricing of the high-end device, yet it can be already spotted available for pre-order on various sites. One of them is O2 reseller Mobiles.co.uk, which has the phone on a pre-order status with a range of O2 plans, and with prices going from free to up to £259.99.

The HTC HD2 can be snagged for free by those who will agree to sign a contract agreement on a minimum monthly plan of £40.00, which includes 1,200 minutes AnyNetwork Anytime + Unlimited Texts as well as other benefits. The highest contract price, £259.99, will be paid by those who will opt for a £15.00 monthly plan.

The contract agreements will range from 18 months to 24 months, with no other option available, as WMPoweruser notes, yet the reseller also displays a “best deal” offer, which includes the HTC HD2 priced at £99.00 on a 24-month contract for a £25.00 monthly plan that includes 600 minutes Any Network Anytime + Unlimited Texts. The phone can be seen here.

The Windows Mobile-based handset is expected to become available for purchase starting with November 11, yet nothing is official just yet. However, the fact that it is available for pre-order suggests that the launch date should be really close. There are no details on which countries will receive the device, yet previous reports suggested that in Europe the UK and Romania would certainly receive it.
