Yesterday we saw Lenovo release two new Chromebook models destined for use in the educational field, but both came sporting 11-inch screens.

Now schools thinking laptops with a bigger screen would better suit their needs have the option of turning to the Toshiba Chromebook and its 13.3-inch screen (the biggest in the bunch so far).

That’s right, Toshiba is launching its lappy on the educational market as well. Not so long ago, I told you the device was spotted being made available for pre-order on the Amazon site for $279.99 / €205 a pop, but the Educational edition will cost users a little more. Google has listed the product for $299 / €219.

Furthermore, from now on schools will also be having the option of choosing from a vast library of K 12 study materials, including textbooks.
