According to the mobile phone carrier, the new Android tablet PC should be put on sale in the country only on the operator's network, with SingTel’s 3G Flexi price plans.

“To cater to customers’ varied needs, the Galaxy Tab is available with SingTel’s 3G Flexi price plans, as well as an integrated fixed and mobile broadband package,” the wireless operator announced officially.

According to the company, customers interested in the purchase of the new device will benefit from a $50 early-bird discount from the tablet PC's price tag in case they make the purchase with a 3G Flexi plan on the carrier's website before November 13th, 2010.

On top of that, the wireless carrier confirmed that users will benefit from a free Bluetooth headset and that they will receive a 16GB micro SD card.

In addition, the carrier will offer them a pair of tickets to an exclusive Galaxy Tab post-launch party.

The price tag for Samsung Galaxy Tab was set at $538 on a 3G Flexi Lite plan for $39 per month. However, users can also purchase the slate for $298 on a 3G Flexi plan for $56 per month.

According to SingTel, if there are some interested in getting the slate with a 3G Flexi Plus plan for $95 per month, they will receive the Galaxy Tab for free.

The plan also includes 12GB of Data, 500 Free Local Outgoing Calls (anytime) minutes, 500 SMS, and a wide range of other features.

In case there are some customers interested in using the Galaxy Tab as an internet device for the home, SingTel has a special offer for them.
